No matter how much he may deny it, the ongoing success of Kiosk Services Group is mostly Tyler’s fault. After earning his Masters in Architecture and a BA in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado, he spent a decade of his youth practicing as an architect. In 2010 he had an epiphany about the importance of on-demand field services to the overall success of retail and founded Survey Studio, the precursor of Kiosk Services Group.
JEFF JOCHUM
President
Jeff was so impressed with Survey Studio/KSG, he came out of retirement to invest and oversee the company as President. He joins the team after two decades as an unrepentant entrepreneur, founding (and selling) three companies of his own and licensing products to Computer Associates, Borland and Microsoft. Jeff is also the author of bestselling business books extolling the strategic power of focus and specialism and has an (almost) endless energy for sharing our message. He strives every day to create a community of success within our industry.
LAURA STOUTINGBURG
Vice President of Operations
Laura earned her BA at the University of California, Riverside, though we don’t hold that against her. Leading the KSG field services team, we believe she is able to help keep our nationwide team of techs on the straight and narrow because she spent 5 years working as Site Director and Coordinator for youth development programs. We’re happy she survived and used it to create her passion for team development, training management, and empathetic customer service.
Matt Adams
Chief Technology Officer
As our CTO, Matt lives out his dream of building things with technology. Before KSG, he led ops and tech teams in data center engineering, gaming, global manufacturing, and healthcare tech. When he’s not finding a way to make the machines do the work, he’s creating tools our operations folks will actually want to use. We think of Matt as our own personal “easy” button.
